Crab Cake Recipe

Hood Canal Crab Season was extended through February 28th and the scuttlebutt says crabbing has been very good. Many of us are getting our limits, which means more crab than we can possibly eat in a couple sittings. No one wants fresh crab to go to waste so we give extra to friends. What a great way to make new friends!
But if there are still leftovers, unfortunately, crab doesn’t freeze well. It gets watery. The solution… Crab Cakes!
